Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please click on this link
and download our RMA Form.
This must be done 48 hours AFTER receipt of shipment.
Please follow the instructions. We will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Please follow the instruction and send the downloaded form to us via email or fax indicated. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for exchange shipments resulting from our mistake.
After 30 days of receipt of your order any item in original working condition with no visible or otherwise wear and tear can be returned for either :
a) a refund less 20 percent restocking fee and less the shipping charges.
b) a full in-store credit less the shipping charges.

We do not give authorizations over the phone.
Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier. CellAntenna Corporation is not responsible for lost returns.
Please allow 4 weeks for returns to be processed, or 4 to 6 weeks for international returns.
If you do not receive credit for your return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that CellAntenna Corporation has received the package, please notify
as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number in your message.
Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
